Roadside Assistance Kansas City KS

I recently had the misfortune of needing the services of a tow company. Initially, I called another service (a remote locksmith) based on a recommendation from another tenant in my building. This company could not help me (too much damage) but did recommend a Tow company (not Santa Fe). The recommended company was not equipped to retrieve my car from my parking garage's low-ceiling environment, so they recommended a third company. In looking at that company on Google, I got really bad vibes about them (not a large number of reviews; LOTS of bad reviews concerning price gouging, etc). Now I'm getting a little despondent but keep searching and I'm glad I did! I found Santa Fe Towing had a LOT of reviews (2800 as of 08/2024) and many, many 5-star ratings. I gave them a call and discussed my situation. The young lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions and asked me questions to determine the best equipment for the tow. She gave me a quote and a time frame and I accepted their services and waited to hear back from them. I called initially on an early Thursday afternoon and the driver was here within 1.5 hours. There was some miscommunication about the ceiling height so the driver was unable to get my car right then as his truck would not fit into the garage, but he told me to give him a little time and he'd figure it out. Within an hour I was called back by the office and given an adjusted quote that was just a little bit higher than the original because of the equipment needed for my environment. The original driver, along with 3 other guys were back at my garage in less than 45 minutes and had my car attached to the original driver's rig in about 20 minutes. This involved placing my front tires (front wheel drive) on rolling lifts and the four guys manually rolling the car down 12 floors of my parking garage and all of its twists and turns! What a show that was! 🙂 At no time was anyone irate about having to make 2 trips and all of the staff were very professional the entire time. I gave the driver my key and it along with my car, was dropped off at my repair shop shortly after. I've got nothing but praise for Santa Fe Towing and all the staff I interacted with and they will be my go-to for towing services in the future.

He was amazing! He arrived very quick and was very patient with me as I didn't bring my key card. Waited for me to go get it and come back. Trusted him so I could leave and go back to work and everything went smoothly! Could not ask for a better experience given the situation.
